If you are a Department Administrator in Edgistic, you can control how much stock is allocated to each User Group (Team).
Step 1 - Go to My Admin > Products
Filter or Search to find the Product that you want to adjust and then click on the corresponding yellow button.
Step 2 - Assign and allocate.
- Click Yes under "Can Access Product" if you want the User Group to be able to see it.
- Enter a number under Reserved Allocation if you want to reserve a quantity just for that User Group **.
** Keep in mind that the User Group will be able to order:
The Amount Reserved for it + Any Amount that is Unreserved = Total Amount available to the User Group to order.
