No. Hanoi has a complicated and lengthy customs clearance process for brochures and will take 2-3 weeks to clear but only if the recipient has the necessary documentation and or the willingness to provide it.
Your hotel will not provide this documentation to customs.
We recommend you send to an agent that you know can help or send to another city in Vietnam (e.g. HCMC) and carry from there.
