Sometimes you login to Edgistic expecting to see a brochure that was there before but now it's gone.

It's possible, of course, but more likely your SCO's allocation of the brochure has run out.
Edgistic has a function which allows the Colleges to allocate specific amounts of each brochure to each SCO, according to the amount they have in stock and their own marketing priorities.
It's designed to help Colleges make the brochure last and to prevent any one source country or region using up too many.
However, if you've used yours up, we suggest you contact Jodie or Judey (for North American materials) in the first instance to see if there's more available and if some of those can be shuffled across to your account.
