It's our mission to ensure you don't ever have to track your own orders because you trust us to:


  • Track and manage each of your orders in the background, especially your Critical orders for events.
  • Reach out to you if there's something you need to know or if we need your help (e.g. with an address or with paperwork).


However, we understand that sometimes you might need to give the AWB number to someone or want to track the order yourself.


You're always welcome to contact us but if you want to do it yourself then the AWB number is available in Edgistic and here's how to find it:


Step 1 - Go to My Orders > Orders



Step 2 - Click on the Order No. which in this case is 369324.



Step 3 - Use the AWB number to track the order.


Keep in mind that:

  • For international orders we use DHL - track at dhl.com
  • For India domestic orders we use Blue Dart - track at bluedart.com
  • For China domestic orders we use ZJS Express - track at zjs.com.cn
